Yes. And no.
The harness may be installed in the drivers door (ending behind the fuse
box) and the co-drivers door (ending behind the glove box). But the main
harness (from left to right, conncting to the fusebox) will not be there!
The main harness is ONLY for the power mirrors. So if you don�t have these,
VW sees no need for the harness...

I fabricated this harness myself. Not difficult if you have the wiring
diagram.
