I took my annual Memorial day camping trip this year, as I was prepariong for the trip I was in my local Wal-mart. There I Found a griddle accesorie for a Coleman 2 burner camp stove. the dimensions happen to be quite close to the stove on my westy. so I took a chance (knowing that I could return It) and bought it. Well, It fit perfectly. I made taost and eggs w/bacon the first morning. then grilled cheese and soup for lunch then we made sausage, onions and peppers with melted cheese. I made Pancakes for the next AM (I get the "just add water type" it is easier and it can be used right out of the container.) the other benifits other than a great new way to cook in my westy are that this griddle is Teflon coated (non-stick) and super easy to clean. It is light and not bulky, fits in the little storage compartment left of the fridge with the rest of the utensils. and it has drainage so any fat gets funneled into the sink area where I put a paper cup to catch it. All in all this was a great investment. I highly suggest it for anyone that spends any time in there westy. We spend up to 5 weeks a summer in ours so it is a huge advance in our cooking capability and makes our menu that much better. happy camping. Chris VT 91 westy 87 westy syncro FS 76 K miles
