I've had the bloody cluster out four times now. Green turn indicator doesn't. Swapped LEDs, attempted to measure power at resistor (digital VOM. Not quick enough to be sure.) See pulsing power at bottom resistor on "foil". Still no blinky. Anyone ever come across this little malfunction? Found a cure? Jim
