I found a steel 1500W one at Wal Mart last fall pretty cheap that includes a 600W mode and a thermostat. Because of electric code regulations these heaters are all limited to 1500 watts, so just pick one that has features you like. I wanted one with a metal case so I could throw it under the seat without it getting broken. You'll have a hard time buying one this time of year, though. At least where I live, when it gets to be about February everyone gets rid of their stock of electric heaters and stocks up on fans and A/C units instead.
