Yeah, I just saw the web site link and instructions to use the pickle
fork.
I'll have to get one of those.  As always take advice for what it is.

Nah, I did mine two weeks ago, pickle fork and a few whacks and they
popped right out, no problem. Took about 1/2 hour for each side. Now,
this was only the uppers, can't speak yet as to how tough the lower ones
