Sometimes VW parts guys can be a bit daft.

The blue lense and the tiny bulb for the high beam indicator are VW part #
357 919 062 and lists for about $9.00.

I just got one from Rennie Wible, the greatest VW parts guy that ever lived,
at Power VW in Torrance, CA.
