Phil, I remember reading on the list a couple years back that a 'talented' tint installer can do the windows without the rear closet being removed. Apparently they can use some sort of tool to install the tint between the closet and the window. \/\/ -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM] On Behalf Of Phil S. The window in my westy is already tinted and is in OK condition although it has turned purple of time. My question is, how much work is it to get that closet removed? How/where should i start? Ive removed the kitchen+dometic before and that was a bear of a job.....is it that tough? Also, i live in Florida, where going outside in the summer is equivelent to witnessing a 10 megaton nuclear blast at 100 yards. and now for Mirror V.S Smoke tint-WHICH tint lets the least light in? Maybe i should just ask which will be cooler.? Thanks Phil 84' Westy Tiico-4spd, no AC, no PS...and 3 oscelating fans:) __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
