CHMSL= Center High Mount Stop Light.
As I'm based in Australia I wouldn't know about Euro or US spec vans.  But I
know there is no light there as I was looking at Etka yesterday.  Plus there
are 2 T3 vans down the road and both have had the badge stolen, nothing but
steel under it.
