For a friend of mine,

1981 ASI camper conversion, fixer-upper in the SF Bay Area.

Body fair, no rust. Interior and camping equipment ok. Built in fridge
and sink. Removable propane stove.
Drivable, trans needs 4th gear fixed.
Engine rebuilt approx 70K ago, runs good but needs work to pass smog.
Currently not registered due to smog requirements,
and being sold as a parts car for this reason.
Nice stereo system included for an extra $150.
