how about bio-deisel and warrenties? Havent heard anything about that I actually got my syncro to convert to TDI just for bio-deisel. I help out some friends with it and find it very interesting--and fun. he works at a restaraunt and gets oil for free. only cost is methanol and lye. he's been running his 2 mercedes (82 and 69), volvo, and nissan pickup on it for ever--100% strength. in the process of seting up a co-op for it now in the town he lives in. just curious as to how VW felt about this. grease--i could maybe see since your adding a second tank and all. but the original deisel engine was designed to run on peanut oil I understand from Vw that it voids the warranty on the engine in case anyone's interested.
