The Wallyworld lights I bought are very similar to the ones mentioned.  The
"bulb" can be changed to a 10W  which draws less than one ampere, or less
than three amperes for the three fixtures.  Mine came with 20w.

The 12w fluorescent draws a bit more than one ampere.
