I was heading up towards Baltimore , Maryland (Elkridge actually) on Wednesday evening and passed a Beige Passenger Syncro on I-95. Seam rust pretty badly, though the sheet metal seemed otherwise undinged. Missing the grill up front and it had black steel bumpers. Forgot to note the state on the tag. (no I wasn't driving one of my Vanagons...) Anybody from the list?
