yes 4.5 does the same to me, you can download a newer ver of netscape
on the site, I'm running 6 and 4.5 on the same desktop, 6 has it's issues
also. sad netscape got into a .com hit along with other issues.

Find a good browser that works on your site and say something like frames
work better with such in such or this site only supports newer ver of such
and such.
