VW people and motorcycle riders seem to be the most consistent "wavers".
With motorcycle riders being number 1 (except wanna-be's who only take their
"air compressor" Harleys out on sunny weekends).  Heck, even the motorcycle
cops wave to other riders.

I waved to Vanagon once when I was riding one of my bikes, all I got was a
strange look.  I guess you can't cross-wave.
