Hello all -

Have an electrical question maybe someone can help me on -

There's a small electrical box of some type under the drivers seat in my van
with several terminals where wires coming from a grommet (from outside) plug
in.  What is this thing and what to the wires connect to?  I've looked at the
schematics, but can't figure it out.  Any insight would be appreciated.
