<P>So I checked the high pressure side and it is at around 225PSI. Low is still 30PSI.&nbsp;The temp here is about 96 Degrees outside. Temp at the AC outlet above the driver is 80 Degrees. Definetly a problem! As I said, yesterday it would not accept more than a few ounces of R-134. Should I try to add again? Or does the system definetly need to be evacuated.</P>

<DIV></DIV>&gt;with a high pressure safety valve, they became
<DIV></DIV>&gt;necessary with the use of R-134a which operates at
<DIV></DIV>&gt;much higher pressures. The compressor cut-off relay is
<DIV></DIV>&gt;controlled by the radiator temp sensor which shuts off
<DIV></DIV>&gt;the A/C if the coolant temperature exceeds 210F. There
<DIV></DIV>&gt;is some type of mechanical relief valve on the
<DIV></DIV>&gt;compressor itself.
