Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the heater controls are
supposed to be lit!

Do you replace the whole bulb and holder assembly or just the bulb?

Does anybody know of a source for the bulbs?  I didn't see anything
obvious on either the Bus Boys or Bus Depot site.
