Remove the throttle body and clean it as a matter of maintenance. Then have
room for your bolt. I remove the t-body as well when replacing the starter
or pulling the motor for accesses to the nut behind there as well. Too much
risk of bending or breaking the vacuum port on the t-body otherwise.
