Same size, but not the same weight rating.  I don't really see how this
would affect the rollover risk...wouldn't a larger wheel and tire combo
just put the center of gravity higher, making the van *more* likely to
roll?

The only argument I've seen for a larger rim size that really made sense
to me is that R14 truck tires are getting really tough to find.
