Why not set up an account w/ an on-demand place like Cafe Press? There is no inventory to worry about and they handle printing, billing and shipping. They charge a base price per item (which they keep) and any mark-up you put on is yours. Maybe there could be a small ($.50 - $1.00) mark-up to help pay for the list??
