Howdy Gruppe, Can any of you engine swapping gearheads out there tell me if a diesel engine out of a 1980 Dasher will bolt up to a 1986 diesel transporter? The junk yard doesn't know what flavor the diesel is in the Dasher, but it runs and drives well in the rustbucket body. I have a 1.6L NA in the Transporter. Anyone know if this would work?
