I run them on my 85 Crewcab w/ the 1.9l engine. It makes the van kinda piggy
(slow acceleration), so I would only recommend them for the 2.l-powered
vans.

I have them mounted on steel 14x6 ET35 Mercedes-Benz rims  => a direct
bolt-on for the Vanagon!

Okay, I know a few of you are. Any opinions? The tires are rated for 1515
lbs. Load rating of 95. I know this is just under what vw recommends, but if
the GVWR is on the order of 5000 lbs, shouldn't this suffice?
