The replacement valves from VW are designed for the R-134A. I am
installing one now.

Ive read much about retrofitting AC from r-12 to r-134 but I
havent read anything about replacing the expansion valve to one
calibrated to R-134.  Does anybody know if an expansion valve like
that is available or do we have to use the one calibrated to the
old R-12?
