My 1989 Turbo Diesel has heated rear screen - Wash/Wipe & intermittent (when
intermittent is on on front screen)

OK, I got a question....

The swapping idea for the front wipers seems great. However, my rear wiper
in my '85 only goes on in conjunction with the sprayer, give a few swipes,
then
off. The switch that activates it is a momentary-on switch.

So, how would I control the rear wiper? I would love to have a delay rear
wiper, but it seems like the mechanicals are just not there. Are later
models
different?
