Chris, If you have a lot of coolant under there or used a lot of water washing it out, I suspect some got behind the walls and has soaked the bottom of the insulation. Corrosion can get started in there. It ain't that big of a pain to pull out the interior wall and inspect. There is no time like the present. The floor is already out. And while your at it you can have wife spray water hose on the exterior body panel seams while you watch from inside for leaks. First thanks for the prompt replies. Westy is back in the driveway drying out as we speak. We went back for her about two hours after we left her, added the last of the coolant I had to the expansion tank and then filled the coolant bottle with water and added that weak mix till topped off. I then started her up and topped off some more as needed. Total took about quarter gallon pure and half gallon weak mix. Ran fine on the way home temp gauge at normal and no blinking light. I have now removed the pergo wood floor, carpet underlayment and the heater core. Also found lots of interesting trash and some coinage! Everything has now been washed with water and its all opened up to dry out. So is it better to join the two hoses or cap them? Also should I just try and measure the concentration and add water/coolant as neeed or flush all over again? Thanks again for all the help. chris almida
