Can anyone confirm where the ECU 19 ground lead terminates on an '88
Westy? It appears to disappear under the water tank, and I don't see it
going through the firewall with the other wires.

This is one of the only things I've left to check in my search for rapidly
progressing VS symptoms. (the van will barely run 10 seconds without
stalling or bucking now).
