smelled coolant as I pulled into the driveway today. I'm leakin'

I've got three places where drops are falling: off the oil filer, from the rear 2/3 of the driver's side head tin and from the front 2/3 of the tin. Most of the drips are from the oil filter. Van's on flat ground and sits level. When I shut down it was a rapid drip drip drip and has slowed as it's cooled.

Any chace this could be from the oil cooler instead of a head gasket? It'll go in for a diagnosis in the morning, but i'd feel better knowing the list's opinion.
