And I don't know about Colorado,
But in California if you have a problem with a legal car shop...
.......And they are all supposed to be registered with the Bureau of
Automotive Repair
( the BAR ) ...
you just call the BAR ,.....if you want a government authority to deal
with, regarding a car shop and a dispute.  It's like the regulating
authority for car shops.
