I'm in the middle of nowhere in the western mountains of New Mexico.
The good news is I've got have a wonderful mechanic who knows almost everything.
He's got my '82 091 diesel tranny almost torn down. He's in need of a VW381-14
tool or a way to get around it to get inside. Does anyone have one I can rent
(a company in Sarasota Fl. will sell one for $130, OUCH!) or is there another way to skin
this problem?
