Dameware is a very nice remote control tool. If someone has access to your
machine then it can be installed remotely.

If you or someone responsible for support of your pc didn't install it then
you should uninstall it. You should be able to remove it using add/remove
programs. Then you might also want to install zonealarm, a personal
firewall, to prevent access to your machine.

NVC? VNC is another remote control tool. Oh wait I get it No Vanagon
Content. What a coincidence.
