Possibly having rad fan troubles also. About a week after having the A/C fixed, I was climbing a mountain in very hot weather and when the rad fan kicked on, it sounded like the bearings were dry. It was very loud! Until now I didn't know there were two speeds to the fan. I assume the loud humming noise was the second speed. Or are my bearing dry? Has anyone attempted to oil or grease the fan motor as preventative maintainance? Luckily since then the fan has sounded normal, but I'm about to go out on a long cross country trip. Any advice?
