Go-Westy has the best price and quality I have found for steel 15 inch wheels. I was looking for 15 X 7 inch wheels, they are the only ones I know of that sell these. There are several vendors that sell 15 X 6.5 inch ones, and you can have them custom made at better custom wheel and repair shops. I have 225/70R15 Michelins on my wheels and they fit my '87 Westy (non-Synchro) without any problems or modifications.
