The Camping/Loitering Police give you a C/L Citation. You go to court. The judge let's you do a plea-in-abeyance. You are ordered to attend weekly 12-Step Unauthorized Camping/Loitering Meetings, arrive early, set up the chairs, make the coffee, chair the meetings, empty the ash trays, clean the area after everyone else (2.3 people) leaves. You do this for 6 months and if you don't get any more violations in the next 15 years, your record is cleared and you can (VC) resume the Vanagon Urban Lifestyle, or VUL. Oh, it's only Wednesday. But, that's just here in Utah. Remember while here, URINE-UTAH. If you are not parked in a marked tow away zone what can they do to ya? David Higginbotham 82 Westfalia Silk Hope, NC
