If you go to vanagon.com and click on "problems" and then "clock", you
will find an article about replacing the clock and converting to 24 hr
time.  Maybe this is what was done to yours and you can reverse the
process.  I have not tried the 12/24 hr part myself, but I have replaced
my clock with one from a Rabbit.
