Hi Joe,

I'm kinda coming in late on this.  If I understand what your testing, is
that the injectors spray but quit.  The ECU does look for a signal from
the hall effect distributor before it continues spraying.  so what I
suggesting is the sequence goes like this.  key on; pump runs for couple
of seconds; key to start; engine spins, ECU pulse injectors ; Ecu looks
for hall sender signal; if yes keep pulsing injectors; if no stop
pulsing injectors.

I stand to be corrected, but this if my understanding of the start-up
sequence in question
