http://tinyurl.com/l2nd Ok, had the '90 Carat for nearly 6 weeks, and I'm doing OK. I'm planning a trip through the Sierras in early September, so I had the dealer rebuild the CV joints, added a hot-start relay, installed the HD Bilstein shocks, and changed the oil (Castrol 20W50 and 1 qt of Marvel Mystery Oil. Most of the new teak interior is finished, with at least 5 coats of varnish. Worked on electronics this weekend, and finally added the second battery. There's a shut-off switch, so that if camping for several days it can be isolated just for starting. The photos are: Under the passenger seat: Primary battery, positive POST for all primary positive leads, and the Fossgate amp. Under the driver's seat: Secondary battery to a shut-off switch, so that it can (if parked for several days) be totally isolated from the rest of the system. Alpine CD changer and Sub-fuse panel for future electrical add-ons, and room for an inverter. Fin Beven Pasadena, CA
