My van, after replacing the AFM, O2 sensor, complete tuneup, cat, has wildly
varying gas mileage.

First trip, 20 mpg.  Then 14 mpg next tank, then 17.5 mpg around town with
AC going, now 12 mpg.

I thought that once might be different shutoff points at the various gas
stations but not this much variance.

Any ideas?
