I have hosting capabilities and could set up an FTP for someone to
upload/manage. I used to be a web developer ASP/SQL but am going back to
school and taking a monster load (Chem, Bio, Calc, Latin, etc..), so that is
about all I can offer right now. Would love to help program something like
this..but, as stated will not have the time!

"I run a small website that this could easily be added to and am willing to
help, but ultimately I don't think that I have the bandwidth to support it
(my server is running on my home DSL line). Unless of course the community
is willing to provide some financial support for this. I can offer my time
well enough, but can't afford to upgrade the DSL service w/o assistance.
