The best setup I've seen like this is a friend of mine
with a E350 extended van 4x4 with a Westfalia camping
interior.  He had Sportsmobile do the poptop and it's
very nice.  Plenty of room inside and he can go just
about anywhere.

Downside 10-14MPG with a 460cid, HEAVY GVW of the
titanic, turning radius of a greyhound.

I'll stick with my 85' Westy :-)
