Hiya...

I am looking to get opinions here.  What would you pay
to fix your Westy?  I have rust through in a couple of
spots on my 85' weekender and am contemplating my
options.  The areas are around the lower windshield
and starboard rear fender lip.

I'm figuring 3K or so to properly fix and paint,
anything beyond wouldn't be cost effective.

What do you all think?

(am secretly plotting to find/buy a standard syncro
and make a stealth camper)
