Use my 3 quesion rule:

Age?
milage?
Condition?
               Age ....16 year ...shot
               milage...220K   ...shot
               condition ????   ...maybe OK, drive it a lot
                                ...OK if original paint and on rust.

                2 out of three  any way you cut it...no deal
                at that price.
