I have installed my Jensen 600W amp in my 85 Westy and am having problems
with whining noise during engine acceleration and a loud "POP" from the
speakers when changing radio stations. I have tried installing both a
ground-loop isolator (to the RCA plugs) and an inline noise filter ( on the
12V + wire) independent of each other. the GLI kills the amp's power but
eliminates the acceleration whining. The inline noise filter makes the
whining worse. Both cause a loud "POP" when I change stations. Anybody have
any suggestions??
