I've been struggling with O2 sensor, I used heat, rust free stuff, a chisel
and stopped short of a dremel..ain't no luck, all I have left are the threads
stuck inside the cat. I think I'll pull the catalytic convertor, try and get it
out with a screw extractor and if that doesn't work get a new catalytic
convertor. I have a bit of back firing too, but certainly runs better without the
faulty O2 sensor hooked up.
