Any Radio Shack or other electronics store -- they are standard LEDs of
size T-1 3/4, diffused type, not high-brightness (but maybe you want ones
that are).

The blue headlight high-beam indicator is not an LED, it's a light bulb
with a blue plastic hat.  Those are dealer items.  You could convert to a
blue LED for about the same amount of trouble/expense as buying a bulb...
