Ron Tipton ""This relates to vanagons in that we choose to drive them in spite of the fact that more modern cars have numerous safety devices they lack. Depending on model year, this can include rear shoulder harnesses, air bags in various places, traction control, anti-lock brakes, etc. I would like to see a discussion on adding some of these to a vanagon."" I have a Diesel thers your traction control, can't spin a wheel it's an 82 and the brakes are soft, theres your anti-locks. as for airbags, well i'm not at liberty to 'dicsuss' that if I want dinner warm and bed served.. errr. well you get the picture. I'm sure it's Friday someplace.. Dan
