Karen:  I tighten the underside screw knob, tighten
the side screw knob, and then I run a bungie cord from
the left most side (out-board side by the window) of
the hanging closet (at table height) then around the
rear part of the table and back to the side of the
hanging closet.  I put a wash cloth between the table
and the side of the van's interior to cut down on
squeeks.  Works for me.

Other folks have put hooks/elastics from the van's
left interior panel to the underside screw knob to
hold it in place.  Good luck.  M
