I don't have any measurements handy, but I can tell you that there are
actually two different kinds of stretch head bolt.  The ones I took off my
van had very thick spacers under the heads.  The ones I put on were
somewhat shorter and had washers but no spacers.  I don't see how this
would make a difference in actual usage, though.
