Ok its fixed, I pulled the electrical connector off of the injector and one of the contacts inside had come lose and moved out of contact.  I just pulled the rubber boot back, and took the contact all the way out, bent the little metal tab that locks it in place just a bit and put it back.  Plugged the injector back in and my little Westy runs like a top again.  Bummer I turned the plate in last week and took it off the insurance.
