Gotta pull the door panel and see what's jammed. Could be the solenoid is
hung by a fouled rod or if the solenoid goes click could be broken link.
Something is jamming the mechanism operated by both the solenoid and the
key cylinder. Got to pull the panel and probably the handle and maybe even
the latch to answer why failure and how to fix.
