I looked at the archives regarding buying a salvaged
title in CA. Does it need to be reinspected even
though it is currently registered as a salvage?
There is a 91 poptop W/E with 95K miles for $8K.
Is it me or does that sound pricey? Esp if resale is
lower on a salvage title.
